This blend will liven up your salads and green vegetables. You won’t be able to do without it! Whether in a simple green salad, in a mixed salad, or on green vegetables like green beans, it will work wonders. On a roast beef or even in making a "compound butter", it will brighten up these otherwise simple dishes!
Also try it on simply sliced and pan-fried zucchini in a little olive oil, with a dash of ground cumin, and this normally simple dish will turn into a great gastronomic experience!
This blend also makes an excellent replacement for the usual "persillade", which is just a mix of parsley and garlic, much less flavorful than this blend!
This salad blend is garlicky, but the dehydrated garlic used here has the great advantage over fresh garlic of being perfectly digestible, especially when used in salads.

When using it in salads and compound butters, to get the best texture and taste, rehydrate it by adding a small amount of water, which it will "drink" in just a few minutes before incorporating it into your sauce or butter.
In this way, the herbs and garlic will regain the softness of fresh products and won't absorb the vinegar from the salad dressing. The blend will be perfectly rehydrated, your sauce will maintain its vinegar/oil balance, and your compound butter will be delicious with a nice grilled dish!
However, it’s not necessary to rehydrate it if you’re sprinkling it on vegetables, as their moisture will be enough to rehydrate it.
