Uses in Cooking:

This blend is delightfully aromatic and absolutely not spicy. It gives a beautiful amber hue to dishes, and its dominant flavor is that of porcini mushrooms, which make up a large portion of the blend!

It is used after cooking the pasta. It can be simply sprinkled on pasta that is quickly sautéed in butter, but it will be even better if you mix it with a white sauce or cream (lightened for those on a diet!) and drizzle it over your pasta.

It will also elevate a simple veal escalope, a pork roast, a rabbit dish, chicken, and nearly all meats. You can also add it to a tomato sauce to prepare a pizza, for example.
