This spice blend will allow you to make a delicious and festive mulled wine, typical of Alsace.
It will be delivered in a 45g sachet with the recipe on the back. Preparation for 2 liters of mulled wine.

This traditional Alsatian mulled wine will bring joy to your post-walks on cool autumn evenings. It will also delight your friends and warm the atmosphere during cozy evenings by the fireplace!
Composition:
Cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, bitter orange peel, bergamot.
The Recipe:
It will also accompany the packet you receive.
The day before:
In a saucepan, add 25 cl of water, one orange quartered and studded with cloves, 1 lemon, the rest of the spices, and 80 g of sugar. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Add 150 cl of wine (2 bottles of fruity red wine; a Beaujolais will do).
The next day:
Heat gently for 30 minutes (without boiling).
This preparation can also be made several days in advance and kept chilled, waiting to be reheated. The wine will be even more infused with the spices!
Delicious and festive, this mulled wine should still be enjoyed in moderation!
